A Personal Chef Service
Begins with a personalized client assessment to determine your special dining desires and needs. At this time we will discuss:
· Any special diets, food allergies and food preferences
· How you would like your food packaged (disposable or reusable containers, single serving, dual serving or family style)
· Method of payment for groceries (Food deposit or pay per session)
· Take time to familiarize myself with your kitchen.
· Frequency of services (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
· Schedule your first cooking session.
Payment for your first cooking session will be collected at this time.
On the morning of your cooking session I will purchase the groceries needed before I arrive at your home.
I will bring the groceries and my cooking utensils to your home where I will prepare your meals. Meal preparation can take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the number of meals being prepared.
Once the meals are prepared, they will be packaged and labeled with heating instructions and nutrition information. Prepared meals will be left in your refrigerator or freezer.
When I am finished I will clean your kitchen so that the only evidence of my having been there is the aroma of home cooked food.
Personal Chef Service Pricing 3 meals of 4 servings (12 servings total) $200 + the cost of groceries Containers: You can choose from either glass or plastic reusable containers to store your food. The containers will be purchased prior to your first cook date. The cost of the containers will be deducted from your grocery deposit.
