Meet The Chef

 My name is Morgan Wilson, R.D.  I am a registered dietitian with a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.  I recently completed my culinary education at Arizona Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. 
After working as a Clinical Dietitian for 2 years, I realized that my true passion is cooking and teaching others how to cook.  I find myself experimenting with recipes to make them healthier, without compromising the taste. 

My moto is “everything in moderation.”

I believe that the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is eating a balanced diet and exercise.  All foods provide different nutrients that our body needs to function.
By eating a variety of foods, we will not only meet our nutritional needs, but we will also not get bored with our diet.  After all, we should enjoy what we eat.
I understand that for most people cooking is not enjoyable, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t still enjoy healthy, wholesome food...that is where my services as a personal chef may benefit your lifestyle.
